The Deep-Sea Shark

The shark has been around for some 400 million years. It is one of the most mysterious creatures to inhabit the depths of the oceans. There are more than 350 differnt shark species known all over the world. Deep-sea sharks are small. These classes of shark belong to the Squalidae family. Deep-sea sharks are prolific and multiply by millions.
The Squalidae family has twelve members, four of which are the sources of RLR Squalene oil. These are the blue dogfish, nurse shark, mist shark, and the spatula shark. Though these types of sharks do not have any air bladders, they survive in harsh depths of 1500 to 3000 feet below the surface of the seas where oxygen and sunlight are almost non-existent. How do they survive? The secret lies in their livers of which account for 25% of their total body weight. Their livers contain oxygen for survivalin the area of strong whirlpools of ocean water with PSI of 10,000 tons. Eighty percent of their livers contain the oil called Squalene. The blue dogfish, particularly, contains the highest amount of squalene-80% of its liver oil. Other sharks don't dive down to depths of more than 1500 feet. If they do, they will drown.
RLR Squalene can only be processed and manufactured from deep-sea shark liver oil. Big sharks found in shallow oceans surface carry no squalene.

History of the Shark Liver Oil

The secret of the deep-sea Shark was first unveiled in Japan in the late 1800. A doctor found a group of fishermen in the villages of Suruga Bay, one of Japan's deepest trenches stretching blow 3,000 feet deep on the Izu Peninsula, who were drinking cups of oil extracted from the liver of sharks. Through regular ingestion of this shark liver oil, they experienced a newfound health and vigor. They called the oil SAMEDAWA or PANACEA, or a cure-all. To quote Dr. Eugenie Clark, the fishermen believed that it was good "for treatment of virtually everything from constipation to cancer."
In 1906, Dr. Mitsumaro Tsujimoto, an expert chemist on fats and oils from the Tokyo Industrial Testing Station, found that the villagers extracted oil from the livers of the squalidae family of sharks. He called this liver oil Squalene because it was derived from Squalidae, the classification for deep-sea sharks.
Dr. Tsujimoto's discovery of deep-sea shark liver oil was such of great benefit to the Japanese people that he was presented an Imperial Award from the Japan Academy in honor of his achievement.
Many years later, in 1936, Dr. Calour, a Swiss professor at the Zurich University in Switzerland; fixed and certified the chemical formula or structure of Squalene as C30H50. The configuration means that it is composed of 30 Carbon atoms and 50 Hydrogen atoms.
Incidentally, Dr. Calour was the first to synthesize squalene from fanesole, an inexpensive raw material for perfumes. others followed, making synthetic Squalene a reality. At last, squalene could also be produced by chemical engineers in laboratories.
Further discoveries were made. Scientists learned that squalene is present in the human body. Babies have plenty of squalene, hence, their skins are fine and they smell fragrant, and their eyes seem to sparkle. People have a good amount of squalene up to the age of 30, thus, we find athletes, sports aficinados, boxers and many others at their best during these early years. Squalene has something to do with human health.

Brief History of RLR Squalene

Dr. Remedios Lopez-Reynoso first heard "squalene" in the Biochemistry course she took when she was in medical school. Her second encounter was when she was appointed Medical director of a Japanese manufacturing company that carries squalene as its major product. This opportunity encouraged her to pursue her interest in the efficacy of squalene as an alternative theraphy. She decided to make it a life's pursuit. After almost a decade of research and studies in the Philippines and abroad, Dr. Reynoso gave rise to RLR Squalene. RLR Health Food Products was established (a company dedicated to the research and manufacture of high quality squalene products).
Today, Dr. Reynoso is recognized as one of the world's authorities on squalene. With God's help, and divine guidance, she found a way to extract and purify oil from deep-sea sharks through a unique thermogenic controlled process. She is the Philippines' pioneer and duly licensed manufacturer and processor of RLR Squalene.
RLR Squalene (100% natural deep-sea shark liver oil) is technologically and mechanically refined through a series of high-tech machineries personally conceptualized and throughly studied by Dr. Reynoso and a team of highly trained engineers from the Philippines and overseas. The RLR Laboratory is located in Naic, Cavite, Philippines.
As a guarantee that the squalene-consuming public will get the highest quality squalene, Dr. Reynoso decided to put her name to it. RLR stands for her name Remedios Lopez-Reynoso. According to her, it is her way of saying that she gurantees RLR Squalene. "My name goes with every capsule we produce
